Divert a parcel – Not going to be in? The recipient can divert their parcel to a neighbor or safe place.

• You will receive an email from us as soon as your item has been dispatched
• Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order
• You must check the packaging of the item after receiving it and report to us within 24 hours by email or telephone in case the enclosed item is faulty/damaged or not shown as described
• Even though 99% of our deliveries take place within the estimated timespan, there can be some unexpected delays at the delivery company’s end
• It may be advisable to check with your neighbors to see if a parcel has been left with them. Check any outhouses you might have where the package may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox or contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as being undelivered and in the process of awaiting collection.
